Run or Dye Refunds

What can con artist Jake Ackerman (CEO of Run or Dye) do to correct his theft of money from so many people?

  • give an automatic refund to everyone from the cancelled events and not only to the few that take time out of their day to complain and request a refund.
  • give partial refunds to all people that participated in events that did not have the advertised color packets.
  • pay all photographers for wok done.
  • pay for the color powder that they owe over 120K for.
  • pay PRODIGY for the t shirts of the events.
  • pay everyone that they promised money to (cities, charities, clean up crews etc.)

They claim not to have money yet Jake and Amanda Ackerman have a 750K house that was paid for via a 1 million dollar loan from the bank to a fake company that Amanda Le Ackerman is CEO of. This is all smoke and mirrors so that is more difficult for their house to be taken when people sue them for their fraudulent activities.

Here is what Jared from facebook says about Run or Dye:

  • Many events are being canceled with no option of a refund. They offer to swap the tickets for another race on short notice (sometimes less than a week, when the original was still a month away) and even when people decide to swap they charge extra fees. They continue to sell tickets to canceled events and in many cases aren't paying for services rendered such as clean-up, photography or for the dye that is provided. It appears as though they schedule a lot of events with no intention of actually having them. Once it gets close, they cancel and bank on the fact that most people aren't going to pursue their refund aggressively.
